Chemical Farming & The Loss of Human Health - Dr. Zach Bush

When Dr Chris van Tulleken embarked on an ultra-processed 30 day diet to uncover what effect it has on our bodies, the results leave him and the scientists in shock!

Short workout with Dr. Zach Bush to strengthen your muscles and improve blood circulation, repeat a few times a day.

A well-balanced plant-based diet (Whole food plant-based diet WFPBD) provides us with all our necessary nutritional needs and contributes significantly to the prevention of diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, cancers and diabetes. A diet consisting of a variation of vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, legumes, whole grains and healthy fats provides the body with the necessary nutrients to function well and recover from stress, sickness, traumas and external aggression. A sustainable diet does not only lead to a healthy body, but also contributes to a healthier planet. The EAT Planetary Health Diet by Professor Walter Willett (Harvard) and Johan Rockström (Stockholm Resilience Centre) published in the Lancet in January 2019 states that we do not need animal products. With a predominantly plant-based diet we can feed 10 billion people by 2050 and at the same time prevent 11 million deaths from lifestyle diseases every year.

Our mission is to guide you towards a healthy lifestyle. We teach you how to eat a healthy, plant-based diet, why this is so important for your body, we help you tackle stress and sleeping problems in a natural way, we guide you in a sustainable way to a healthy body weight, we look for an adapted exercise program for you.

We also pay attention to a healthy balanced diet in preparation of pregnancy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Limiting your exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals is important throughout your life, but we know they are most harmful during the developing stages of life in the womb. Let yourself be guided if you want to feed children completely plant-based.

If you are an athlete, we are happy to give you nutritional advice adapted to your level of physical activity.

We also offer lectures to institutions, schools, etc.
